This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs commercial subscriptions to MetaOrbit AI, a software platform developed and operated by MetaOrbit Technologies.

Our billing operations, sales tax handling, and customer transaction invoicing are provided through Paddle, acting as our authorized Merchant of Record.

2. Free Trial Guarantee & Zero Hidden Charges

MetaOrbit Technologies provides a full-featured 7-Day Free Trial for all newly registered workspaces on MetaOrbit AI.

Because our trial does not require payment card details to initiate, you will never be automatically charged or unexpectedly converted into a paid subscription when your trial concludes. If you choose not to subscribe, your workspace transitions into a read-only archive with no financial obligations.

3. Subscription Tiers & Renewal Cycles

Paid plans on MetaOrbit AI are available on monthly and annual billing cycles:

• Starter: $29/month ($290/year) • 5,000 AI Credits • 2 Seats • 500 Contacts
• Growth: $49/month ($490/year) • 15,000 AI Credits • 5 Seats • 2,500 Contacts
• Pro: $79/month ($790/year) • 40,000 AI Credits • 10 Seats • 10,000 Contacts
• Scale: $149/month ($1,490/year) • 100,000 AI Credits • 25 Seats • 50,000 Contacts

Subscribers can upgrade, downgrade, or update payment information directly through the self-service billing management portal.

4. Simple Cancellation Procedure

You may cancel your subscription at any time without cancellation fees:

• Navigate to Dashboard → Settings → Billing.
• Click Cancel Subscription.
• Your subscription will remain active through the end of your current prepaid billing cycle, after which no further automatic charges will occur.
• Your existing contacts, conversation archives, and data remain preserved.

5. Refund Eligibility & Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality and reliability of MetaOrbit AI. We provide a 7-day money-back guarantee on initial paid subscription purchases if:

• You encounter verifiable technical defects or service outages that our engineering support team is unable to resolve; and
• You submit a refund request within 7 calendar days of your initial payment.

Refunds are not granted for recurring renewals where the platform was accessible and utilized normally, nor for accounts terminated due to violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.
